Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing Topan Bar services (the website, mobile app, TV display, or in-venue scanner), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, stop using the service.

2. Use of service

Topan Bar is operated by Topan Bar, Savva Lazaridi 2, Glyfada 166 75, Greece. Our services include reservations, a loyalty program, a Spotify-integrated jukebox, pop-quiz and karaoke voting, chat, gallery uploads, and event listings. You may use them for personal, lawful purposes only.

3. Account responsibility

You are responsible for activity on your account and keeping your password confidential. Report suspected unauthorized access to tkuchmy@gmail.com.

4. Reservations

Tables may be booked up to 30 days in advance. Free cancellation is available until 4 hours before bar opening. No-show penalties (loyalty-point deductions) may apply. Combined tables are limited to maximum-capacity rules set by staff.

5. Loyalty points & vouchers

Points, jukebox tokens, and vouchers (free shot, percentage discount, free drink) have no cash value, are not transferable, and are void if your account is banned, closed, or reasonably suspected of abuse. Vouchers expire 30 days after issue unless noted otherwise. The bar may adjust earn/redeem rates without prior notice.

6. User content

Any content you submit (chat messages, gallery photos, quiz answers, karaoke votes) must not be illegal, defamatory, harassing, pornographic, or infringing. You grant Topan Bar a non-exclusive license to display user content inside the venue (on the TV display and the website/app) for operational purposes. We can remove content and suspend accounts at our discretion.

7. Intellectual property

All code, design, text, images, video, audio, software, database schemas, APIs, trademarks and business logic that make up the Topan Bar digital platform are the exclusive property of Topan Bar. "Topan Bar" is an unregistered trademark of its operators.

You may NOT: copy, clone, fork, mirror, republish, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, or derive any part of the platform for any purpose other than personal use as a guest. You may NOT build a competing service using our design, copy, domain structure, or database patterns. Open-source licensed third-party components retain their respective licenses.

Unauthorized use is subject to legal action under Greek Law 2121/1993 (Copyright, Related Rights and Cultural Matters), Regulation (EU) 2019/790, and applicable international treaties.

8. Limitations of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topan Bar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, service downtime, data loss, or event cancellation. Our total liability is capped at €50 or the value of the loyalty balance on your account, whichever is lower.

9. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The effective date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be announced via the website or in-app notification.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Exclusive venue for disputes: the courts of Athens, Greece.

1. Αποδοχή

Η χρήση των υπηρεσιών του Topan Bar (ιστοσελίδα, εφαρμογή, TV οθόνη, in-venue scanner) σημαίνει αποδοχή αυτών των όρων. Αν δεν συμφωνείτε, διακόψτε τη χρήση.

2. Χρήση υπηρεσίας

Το Topan Bar λειτουργεί στη Σάββα Λαζαρίδη 2, Γλυφάδα 166 75. Οι υπηρεσίες μας περιλαμβάνουν κρατήσεις, πρόγραμμα επιβραβεύσεων, jukebox με Spotify, pop-quiz, ψηφοφορία καραόκε, chat, gallery, και εκδηλώσεις. Η χρήση επιτρέπεται μόνο για προσωπικούς και νόμιμους σκοπούς.

3. Ευθύνη λογαριασμού

Είστε υπεύθυνοι για τη δραστηριότητα στον λογαριασμό σας και την εμπιστευτικότητα του κωδικού. Αναφέρετε πιθανή μη εξουσιοδοτημένη πρόσβαση στο tkuchmy@gmail.com.

4. Κρατήσεις

Τραπέζια κρατώνται έως 30 μέρες νωρίτερα. Δωρεάν ακύρωση έως 4 ώρες πριν το άνοιγμα. No-show ποινές (μείωση πόντων) μπορεί να εφαρμοστούν.

5. Πόντοι & κουπόνια

Πόντοι, jukebox tokens και κουπόνια (σφηνάκι, έκπτωση, δωρεάν ποτό) δεν έχουν χρηματική αξία, δεν μεταφέρονται, ακυρώνονται αν ο λογαριασμός αποκλειστεί ή υπάρξει κακόβουλη χρήση. Τα κουπόνια λήγουν 30 μέρες μετά την έκδοση εκτός αν ορίζεται αλλιώς.

6. Περιεχόμενο χρήστη

Το περιεχόμενο που υποβάλλετε (μηνύματα, φωτογραφίες, απαντήσεις quiz) δεν πρέπει να είναι παράνομο, δυσφημιστικό, παρενοχλητικό ή να παραβιάζει δικαιώματα. Παραχωρείτε στο Topan Bar μη αποκλειστική άδεια προβολής εντός του καταστήματος και στην πλατφόρμα.

7. Πνευματική ιδιοκτησία

Όλος ο κώδικας, σχεδιασμός, κείμενο, εικόνες, βίντεο, βάσεις δεδομένων, APIs και trademarks της πλατφόρμας Topan Bar είναι αποκλειστική ιδιοκτησία μας. Το "Topan Bar" είναι μη καταχωρημένο εμπορικό σήμα των διαχειριστών.

ΔΕΝ επιτρέπεται: αντιγραφή, clone, fork, mirror, reverse-engineering, decompile, scraping, ή παραγωγή μέρους της πλατφόρμας για άλλο σκοπό πέρα από προσωπική χρήση ως πελάτης. Δεν επιτρέπεται η δημιουργία ανταγωνιστικής υπηρεσίας με το σχεδιασμό, τα κείμενα, ή τη δομή μας.

Μη εξουσιοδοτημένη χρήση υπόκειται σε νομικές ενέργειες βάσει του Ν. 2121/1993 και Κανονισμού (ΕΕ) 2019/790.

8. Περιορισμοί ευθύνης

Η υπηρεσία παρέχεται "ως έχει". Στο μέγιστο βαθμό που επιτρέπει ο νόμος, το Topan Bar δεν ευθύνεται για έμμεσες ή παρεπόμενες ζημιές. Η συνολική ευθύνη περιορίζεται στα 50€ ή την αξία των πόντων του λογαριασμού σας, όποιο είναι μικρότερο.

9. Αλλαγές

Οι όροι μπορούν να ενημερώνονται. Η ημερομηνία πάνω αντικατοπτρίζει την τελευταία έκδοση.

10. Εφαρμοστέο δίκαιο

Οι όροι διέπονται από το ελληνικό δίκαιο. Αρμόδια δικαστήρια: Αθηνών.
